Job description

PAY & EARNINGS

--------------
  • Fully trained drivers running 130–175 stops per day consistently take home
  • $850–$1,250+ per week.
  • Training pay: $150/day guaranteed while you learn.
  • Industry standard is 20 stops per hour. At that pace you are earning $26+/hr.
  • Most of our drivers exceed 20 stops per hour — and every stop above that goes straight into your paycheck.
  • Safety bonuses + service incentives + peak season bonus pay.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
----------------------

Box Logistics is a FedEx Ground contractor in North Wales, PA — and we are building a team of elite local delivery drivers, not just warm bodies to fill a truck. If you have run routes professionally before — for FedEx, Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL, or a similar operation — you already know the standard: 20+ stops per hour, every day, with accuracy and professionalism on every doorstep. That is exactly the pace we operate at, and it is exactly what our pay structure rewards.

If you are new to delivery driving or unsure what 20 stops per hour lookslike in practice, this is not the right role yet. Come back when you have the experience — we will be hiring.

If you are the driver who has already done this, takes pride in a clean route, and wants a paycheck that reflects your performance — keep reading. This one is for you.

REQUIREMENTS — MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
-----------------------------------------------

Applications without verified commercial driving experience will not be considered. If you do not meet every item below, please do not apply.

  • 21 years of age or older
  • 1+ year of paid, verifiable driving experience in a vehicle over 10,000 lbs (step van, box truck, sprinter, etc.) within the past 3 years — non-negotiable
  • Valid Class C driver's license (no CDL required)
  • Clean driving record — no DUIs or major violations in the past 3 years
  • Clean background check — no major misdemeanors or felonies in the past 7 years
  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
  • Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for a full shift

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (MOVES YOU TO THE TOP OF THE LIST)
---------------------------------------------------------

  • Prior delivery driving for FedEx Ground, Amazon, UPS, USPS, or DHL
  • Familiarity with route optimization and delivery scanner systems
  • Experience running high-stop-count local routes (100+ stops per day)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
---------------

  • Operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck on a consistent local route
  • Load, organize, and sort packages each morning for maximum route efficiency
  • Deliver 130–175 stops per day to homes and businesses with accuracy, safety, and professionalism — at a pace of 20+ stops per hour
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and use FedEx scan technology
  • Represent Box Logistics and FedEx with outstanding customer service at every stop

SCHEDULE
---------

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • 4–5 days per week, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Start time: 8:00 AM — route completion determines your end time.
  • Drivers who run efficient routes finish earlier. That is by design.
  • Extra shifts available during peak season for additional earning opportunities

WHY BOX LOGISTICS

------------------

  • Paid training — $150/day guaranteed while you learn the route and our systems
  • Performance incentives — safety bonuses and service incentives reward drivers who do things the right way, every time
  • Peak season bonuses — extra pay when volume increases and we need you most
  • Paid time off — because great drivers deserve to recharge
  • Weekly pay — your earnings deposit every week, not bi-weekly
  • Modern, maintained equipment — reliable trucks and a safety-first culture
  • Home every day — local routes only. No overnight hauls, ever.
  • Room to grow — top performers are recognized and have a clear path forward
