- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers
- Respond promptly to resident needs during overnight hours
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
