Banded Rooster Bar & Grill is looking for a talented Line Cook to join our team in Kingdom City, MO. As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to our menu offerings in a casual dining atmosphere.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper plate presentation and food preparation
• Work with a variety of cooking techniques including pasta, scratch cooking, wok, broiling, sautéing, and more
• Practice portion control and maintain food quality throughout the cooking process
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer needs and dietary restrictions

Required Skills:

• Menu Planning: Ability to create and execute menu plans
• Plate Presentation: Skill in presenting dishes attractively
• Scratch Cooking: Experience in preparing dishes from scratch
• Wok: Proficiency in using a wok for cooking
• Portion Control: Understanding of portion sizes and control

Nice to Have Skills:

• Degree in Culinary Arts
• Batch Cooking

• Sauce Making
• Special Diets Knowledge

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $32,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $40,000.00
• Health Insurance benefits provided
