Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team in our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations during the weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care, and supporting nursing staff.

Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Type:

  • Full-time and Part-time shifts available

  • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) 7 am to 11 pm (flexible based on facility needs)

Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.

  • Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in status.

  • Coordinate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Manage staffing, assignments, and problem resolution.

  • Counsel and provide disciplinary actions when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) in DE.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

  • Strong assessment and decision-making skills.

  • Experience with electronic documentation: PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
