About the Unit: Our patient population in our 20-bed unit is diverse and includes but is not limited to CHF, Sickle Cell, Renal Failure, Diabetes, Vascular, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, Osteomyelitis w/ Surgical Intervention, Wound Care, and varying disease processes.Our specialty is Observation short stay patients. We have 10 Observation beds.
Education
  • Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required

Certification/Licensure
  • Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • NIH stroke scale

Experience
  • Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital experience.
