The position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule from your home office. You will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, utilizing modern technology and electronic health records (EHRs) to monitor and track patient progress. Regular virtual meetings ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. The work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a predictable work-life balance.

• Deliver effective psychotherapy to individuals coping with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), utilizing proven therapeutic methods.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, including their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care, making adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress.
• Provide education and ongoing support to patients and their families, guiding them through treatment options and connecting them with community resources.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and professional practice, including maintaining confidentiality and securing informed consent from all patients.

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health conditions, often exacerbated by addiction issues. Understanding their unique challenges will require you to exhibit empathy and resilience. You will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys, providing not just therapeutic interventions but also hope and recovery-based strategies.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience in delivering psychotherapy and mental health services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with a diverse array of patients and healthcare providers.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to devise and monitor evidence-based treatment plans.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and the necessary healthcare software to manage patient records effectively.

• Experience in addiction counseling would be beneficial, given our patient demographic.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
