Job description

Position Summary:
Responsible for recruiting qualified nurses, respiratory therapist, and support staff. Assists with the development of hospital programs and services that support nurse recruitment. Work involves planning, coordination, market research, and implementation of nurse recruitment activities.
Education:
Registered RN in the State of Texas. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Training and Experience:
Nursing experience in a healthcare setting. Recruiting experience preferred.
Job Knowledge:
Working knowledge of recruiting methods, including locating pools of qualified applicants and direct recruiting. Working knowledge of Hospital policy and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communications. Must be professional and enthusiastic. Must have excellent interviewing skills.
Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
A. Overnight travel may be required.
B. Work station duties and hours may be changed as required
