Location: Assisted Living Facility – Corona, New York
Shift: Overnight 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary:
The Overnight Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and smooth operation of the facility during overnight hours. This position is responsible for monitoring the front desk, assisting residents, handling phone calls, responding to emergencies appropriately, and maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.

  • Monitor facility entrance and exit to ensure security.

  • Respond to resident requests and communicate needs to appropriate staff.

  • Handle emergency situations according to facility policies and procedures.

  • Document incidents, calls, and overnight activities in logbooks or electronic systems.

  • Perform light clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and paperwork.
