Job Family: Intelligence Operations and Analysis

Security Clearance Level (Current): Top Secret

Security Clearance Level (Required for Access): Top Secret, SCI + Polygraph

Public Trust/Other Required: None

US Citizenship Required: Yes

Contract Length: 5 years federal contract

Shift Schedule: 24/7/365 operational; open to working 8pm to 6am, on either a 4โ€‘day Wednesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Wednesday schedule.

Work Hours: 40 weekly hours

Travel Required: Less than 10%

Telecommuting Options: Onsite

Work Location: VA, Vienna, USA (additional locations available)

Salary Range: $72,250 โ€“ $97,750

Responsibilities
  • Apply and train junior personnel in qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical, factโ€‘based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with TSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and applications of management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, recordโ€‘keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather missionโ€‘critical information and train more junior Intelligence Analysts.
  • Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC Unit Operations; train more junior staff in related best practices.
  • Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed including training and quality assurance of more junior staff.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience.
  • Current Top Secret security clearance or higher, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • US citizenship required.
  • Ability to work 24/7/365 operational shift schedule.
