HC Evaluation Frameworks: Conduct human capital program evaluations following HRStat, OPM guidelines, and GPRA Modernization Act standards.  Data & Evaluation Analyst Candidates work to facilitate HC Evaluation Frameworks delivering Human Capital Programmatic Evaluation & Compliance - HC Evaluation Frameworks through Analyze data | support evaluation | enable decisions.  Further, they Analyze data for program evaluations and reporting.
