Title: Program Evaluation Analyst/Grant Evaluator
Status: Exempt
Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri
The Ness Center is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Program Evaluation Analyst/Grant Evaluator to lead evaluation and reporting efforts across multiple grant-funded programs. This role supports services for pregnant and postpartum women, mothers, individuals in recovery, and other vulnerable populations by ensuring programs are achieving meaningful, measurable outcomes.
This position works closely with program leadership to turn data into actionable insights, strengthen program effectiveness, and support compliance with grant requirements. The Grant Evaluator will also contribute to planning and evaluation strategies for future program growth and expansion.
Program Evaluation & Reporting
Develop and implement evaluation frameworks aligned with grant goals and funder requirements
Establish measurable outcomes, KPIs, and data collection methods
Design evaluation plans, including logic models and reporting structures
Prepare and submit timely reports to federal, state, and private funders
Data Management & Analysis
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor real-time program performance
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate outcomes and effectiveness
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across programs
Maintain and standardize data systems and reporting tools
Quality Improvement & Compliance
Produce Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) reports to guide leadership decisions
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations
Support audits by maintaining accurate and organized documentation
Collaboration & Training
Train staff on data collection, documentation, and reporting standards
Partner with leadership to implement corrective action plans
Present insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable format
Collaborate across programs to ensure consistency in evaluation efforts
Strategic Growth & Development
Support grant applications with evaluation plans and outcome measures
Contribute to evaluation strategies for new programs and organizational expansion
Stay current on best practices in program evaluation and grant compliance
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
3+ years experience evaluating grant-funded programs (behavioral health, maternal health, housing, or social services) preferred
Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, EHR systems, or similar platforms)
Knowledge of federal and state grant reporting requirements
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable program improvements
