We are expanding into entirely new markets for Professional Audio Technology, and we're looking for Business Development Managers who are willing to challenge conventional thinking and redefine how business gets done. You will identify untapped industries, create demand from the ground up, and introduce world-class audio solutions into markets such as Houses of Worship.

Understand customer challenges and position integrated professional audio solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is not transactional selling-it is solution selling! 

Challenge the Status Quo!

Build Relationships That Create Momentum 

Become the trusted resource customers call first. Develop executive-level relationships with consultants, architects, AV integrators, IT leaders, influencers, designers, and end users.

Prospect relentlessly. Generate demand and create opportunities. Navigate complex sales cycles and close new business.

Job Qualifications and What We're Looking For: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications; or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in professional sales with proven sales results.   
• Effective communication skills including the ability to negotiate, active listening, and rapport-building.   
• Ability to learn complex technical solutions and communicate business value. 
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools. 
• Must have goal-oriented mindset, be innovate and challenge conventional approaches.  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment, and willingness to adapt.    
• Believe motivation and technical skills are essential.   
• Believe that extraordinary effort produces extraordinary results.

• Innate desire and strong interest in prospecting and building a book of business.

• Ability to work onsite in Burnsville, MN; while this role is absolutely being with prospects and future partners, there will be times when presence in our office will be required. 
• Requires visual acuity to view a computer monitor and read documents, as well as the ability to communicate clearly in person and through digital platforms. 
• Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a typical office environment with standard noise levels and ergonomic equipment. 

This role offers a competitive base salary of $65,000-$75,000, along with unlimited commission potential designed to reward high performance. Our Business Development team has the opportunity to directly impact their earnings through business growth and results. At 100% attainment, on-target earnings (OTE) range from $130,000-$150,000, with the potential to earn significantly more for those who exceed their goals. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans-including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance-as well as the company's 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's paid time off and sick leave programs in accordance with applicable policies.
