Urgently Hiring – $16–$21/hr + 15% Night Shift Differential (6PM–6AM) 12 Hour Overnight

  • 1 year Machine Operator experience required

Position Overview:

This is a hands-on production role supporting manufacturing operations through consistent execution of assigned tasks. Operators are trained on various equipment and processes and play a key role in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1 year Machine Operator experience
  • Production equipment following established procedures
  • Load materials, monitor machines, and complete finishing steps
  • Perform visual quality inspections and report issues
  • Complete basic production and quality documentation
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
  • Rotate between workstations as needed to support production

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • 1+ year of Machine Operation experience and mechanical aptitude

Preferred:

  • Experience with CNC, lamination, engraving, or similar equipment
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
  • Experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment
