OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – COMMERCIAL CLEANING

Company: Jet Sweep Inc.
Location: New York City – All 5 Boroughs
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Compensation: 15% Commission + Performance Bonuses

ABOUT JET SWEEP

Jet Sweep Inc. is a growing commercial cleaning company specializing in restaurants, bars, lounges, and commercial properties throughout New York City.

We are looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and hungry Outside Sales Representative to help us aggressively grow our client base.


This is a field sales position. You will be out in the streets visiting businesses, speaking directly with owners and managers, introducing Jet Sweep, distributing flyers, generating leads, and helping bring in new customers.


THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONEY BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE.

If you're motivated, confident, and willing to put in the work, there is no limit to how much you can earn.

15% COMMISSION

Earn 15% commission on qualifying new business you bring to Jet Sweep.

RECURRING CLEANING CONTRACTS

  • $500/month client → $75 commission
  • $700/month client → $105 commission
  • $1,000/month client → $150 commission
  • $1,500/month client → $225 commission
  • $2,000/month client → $300 commission

ONE-TIME CLEANING JOBS

  • $500 job → $75 commission
  • $1,000 job → $150 commission
  • $2,000 job → $300 commission
  • $3,000 job → $450 commission

NO CAP ON YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL

Bring in:

5 clients at $1,000/month = $750 in commission

10 clients at $1,000/month = $1,500 in commission

20 clients at $1,000/month = $3,000 in commission


The more business you generate, the more you can earn.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visit restaurants, bars, lounges, and other businesses throughout NYC
  • Walk into businesses and introduce Jet Sweep to owners and managers
  • Distribute flyers and marketing materials
  • Speak directly with decision-makers
  • Identify businesses that need commercial cleaning services
  • Ask questions to understand the customer's cleaning needs
  • Generate qualified leads
  • Schedule estimates and appointments
  • Follow up with potential customers
  • Build
