Job description:

Cowboy Kush Dispensary Broken Arrow is seeking a knowledgeable detail-oriented Budtender to work in our store. Budtenders are responsible for educating Cowboy Kush patients about the effects, benefits, and overall experience of cannabis products.

* You are familiar with how to operate a POS system including digital scales.

* You are detailed oriented to ensure an accurate and timely check-in/out process.

*You take pride in your personal appearance and the store appearance. You participate in actively maintaining a clean welcoming space for patients and your fellow team members.

• Acting as the face of Cowboy Kush Dispensary
• Greet customers in a timely and welcoming manner
• Educate and provide recommendations on cannabis products based on customer requests including flower, edibles, concentrates, carts and more
• Verify proper identification, maintain patient records according to state and federal laws
• Facilitate the sale of regulated medical marijuana, weigh and package product
• Assist in daily dispensary operations, including but not limited to social media, special events, maintaining a clean storefront, handling metrc product, operating cash register, stocking products, and inventory audits

Position Requirements:

• Must have flexibility with scheduling - Days, Nights, Weekends
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Background Check Required
• Physical Requirements consist of standing for long periods of time and moderate lifting
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A general understanding of cannabis, including cannabinoids and their effects, terpenes and their effects, extraction methods, and how to use products and cannabis accessories- this is required
• OMMA Employee Credentials

Preferences
-Active OMMA patient cardholder preferred; not required
-Previous budtender experience preferred; not required

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
