Job description

CT Technologist - Permanent and Full-Time Hire 

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Rules do apply)

Job Summary: Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of a patient's body for diagnostic purposes.

  • Minimum Education: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
  • Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: Registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). CT registry preferred.
  • Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Performs diagnostic CT examinations according to department protocols.
  • Evaluates CT studies for quality and completeness.
  • Utilizes advanced image manipulations.
  • Maintains accurate documentation and radiation safety.

Decision Making: Independent judgment in a complex technical field.

Working Relationships: Works with patients, internal and external customers, and healthcare professionals.
