The Role: More Than Just a Job
As an Overnight Fryer Technician, you are a mobile specialist. You'll operate a custom Filta service vehicle, heading out when the kitchens close to perform our signature "FiltaFry" service:

  • Advanced Filtration: Use our specialized vacuum system to filter cooking oil at a micro-level, extending its life and helping our clients stay eco-friendly.
  • Deep Management: Perform high-suction cleaning of deep fryers, removing carbon buildup and ensuring the equipment is "inspection-ready" for the morning shift.
  • Total Autonomy: You'll manage your own route across Augusta and the surrounding areas, working independently with little supervision.
