What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an overnight OB surgical tech?

To thrive as an Overnight OB Surgical Tech, you need a solid understanding of obstetric surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and anatomy, typically supported by a surgical technologist certification (such as CST) and relevant clinical experience. Familiarity with surgical instruments, electronic health records (EHRs), and obstetric equipment like fetal monitors is essential.
