Job description

Non-CDL Driver – Paducah, KY

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dependable, safety-focused Non-CDL Driver for a reputable company in Paducah, KY. This position is ideal for an experienced driver who is comfortable operating both tractor-trailers and box trucks on local routes while assisting with loading, unloading, and general warehouse support. Candidates must be able to operate a manual transmission.

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday

  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate tractor-trailers and box trucks on designated local delivery routes.

  • Operate manual transmission commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.

  • Load, unload, and transport products in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Operate pallet jacks, liftgates, and other material handling equipment.

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and transportation records.

  • Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

  • Assist with warehouse operations and other delivery-related duties as needed.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Current DOT Medical Card is required.

  • Must be able to safely operate a manual transmission vehicle.

  • Previous experience driving tractor-trailers and/or box trucks is preferred.

  • Experience operating pallet jacks and liftgates.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods throughout the shift.

  • Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
