This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing sales, operations, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment. The Community Manager plays a key role in driving occupancy, supporting team development, and delivering a high-quality experience for our residents.

  • Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators: occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expense performance.
  • Ensure strong curb appeal, property standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit required financial and operational reports.

*The Floating Community Manager supports operational stability during staffing transitions, onboarding and training periods, operational coverage needs, and other operational priorities as determined by the Regional Manager.

Occupancy, Sales & Marketing
  • Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
  • Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointment setting, tours, and closing.

  • Oversee lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
  • Track pipeline activity and adjust strategies to meet goals.

Resident Relations

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and available for on-call/after business hour emergencies

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

COMPENSATION: $51,000.00 - $55,000.00/Yr(Based on experience) salary plus commission and 10% earning potential bonus
LOCATION: Various locations in the Miami Region - Miami, FL. This position will require traveling to these communities in Miami with mileage reimbursement
