To thrive as an Overnight Millwork Installer, you need experience in carpentry, familiarity with construction drawings, and a solid understanding of millwork materials and installation techniques, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Competency with hand and power tools, laser levels, and sometimes OSHA safety certifications is typically required.
