Our mechanics play a critical role in ensuring aircraft are maintained in accordance with FAA regulations and customer requirements while minimizing aircraft downtime and maintaining exceptional dispatch reliability.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical discrepancies using approved maintenance manuals and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Remove, install, repair, and operationally test aircraft systems and components, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, fuel, landing gear, flight controls, and powerplant systems.
  • Accomplish scheduled maintenance, service bulletins, and deferred maintenance items (MEL/CDL/NEF) as assigned.
  • Complete aircraft servicing, including engine oil, hydraulic fluid, oxygen, tires, brakes, and other routine maintenance tasks.
  • Properly document all maintenance performed in accordance with FAA regulations and customer procedures.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Flight Operations, and other maintenance personnel to return aircraft to service safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with all FAA regulations, company procedures, and customer maintenance programs.
  • Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe while supporting overnight aircraft turnaround schedules.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous commercial airline line maintenance experience preferred.
  • Experience in troubleshooting aircraft mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC), Wiring Diagrams, Structural Repair Manuals (SRM), Engineering Orders, and other technical publications.
  • Experience performing overnight maintenance, scheduled inspections, and aircraft servicing.
  • Working knowledge of FAA regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ability to safely operate aircraft support equipment and hand/power tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as operational needs require.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around active aircraft operations.
  • Must possess the minimum required tools for the position.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and FAA-required random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, including respiratory protection in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134.
