Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Laser Machine Operator located in Dallas, Texas.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Laser Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines to precision-cut various materials, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Work Environment: Work in a manufacturing environment with laser cutting machines.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Overtime available.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting machines

  • Prepare materials for cutting, ensuring proper alignment, and positioning.

  • Inspect cut products for quality and accuracy

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating the machine

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with the machine or cutting process.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience with laser cutting machines or similar equipment

  • Certifications in laser cutting or CNC machining preferred

  • Experience with laser cutting machines and software

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality products

  • Understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.

  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time

  • Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor
