Packaging Associate: Juda, Wisconsin
Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is looking for dependable, detailoriented individuals to join their team as Packaging Associates to work fulltime on PM shift. In this role, you’ll support food production and packaging operations by operating equipment, rotating through workstations, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate:
  • Operate assigned packaging and production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Rotate positions regularly to support workflow and avoid repetitive strain.
  • Monitor product flow to ensure proper positioning, sealing, and correct labeling.
  • Perform visual inspections and remove defective products according to procedures.
  • Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
  • Complete required production paperwork and computer entries for inventory accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as required.
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards at all times.
Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience or training, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Previous experience in Mix, Mill, Mold, or Packaging departments preferred.
  • Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. and perform physical job duties.
  • Ability to work in humid environments and varying temperatures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work rotating schedules and overnight hours.
Pay for Packaging Associate: $21.25/hour plus applicable shift differential.
