Location: Ripon, WI
Type: Full Time

A food manufacturing company is seeking a Labeling Line Operator to operate and monitor labeling equipment, ensure accurate product labeling, perform basic machine adjustments, and maintain production quality. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with excellent benefits and growth potential.

Requirements:

  • Experience with labeling, packaging, filling, cartoning, case-packing, or similar production equipment
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting and machine adjustment skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
  • Ability to read/write English and perform basic math
  • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts, weekends, and overtime during harvest season
