We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to develop new business, build lasting customer relationships, and help companies find the right packaging solutions. While this position is based in Skokie, Illinois, you'll work with customers throughout the United States.

No packaging or sales experience? No problem. We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. If you bring the right attitude, we'll provide the training, product knowledge, and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.
  • Build relationships with manufacturers, consumer brands, and decision-makers across a variety of industries.
  • Learn about customers' products, challenges, and goals to recommend customized label and flexible packaging solutions.
  • Present products, prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate opportunities, and close sales.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with estimating, customer support, production, and other internal teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
  • Represent Edwards Label at trade shows, networking events, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills through training and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be located within a commutable distance of Ventura, California

Preferred

  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships in a sales or client-facing role
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, or referrals
  • Experience presenting products or services, preparing quotes or proposals, negotiating opportunities, and closing sales
  • Experience using a CRM (zoho) system to manage leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Experience representing a company at trade shows, networking events, customer meetings, or other business development events
  • Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, or consumer brands in a B2B environment
