Who We're Looking For:
We're searching for an IT Support Administrator to join our team.
That will:
- Work closely with teams across the business (both US and internationally based employees) supporting internal users with systems maintenance:Â by monitoring and updating configuration Items (CIs) to ensure accuracy for operational needs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with software, hardware, connectivity, and user access.
- Manage inventory of IT devices, peripheral equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain adequate levels of equipment and consumable products.
- Replacement of defective equipment and tracking of equipment return to and from employees from around the world.
- Take on additional tasks and projects, as assigned
Requirements
- Understanding of IT equipment - workstations, servers, networks, peripherals.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support.
- 3+ years of experience in general hardware support for servers and workstations.
- Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Windows.
- Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting users (both internal and external) utilizing a ticketing system (zendesk).
