Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver at Always Best Care, you’ll be responsible for:

Providing care and support for seniors
Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
Offering transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities
Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Assisting with mobility and transfers to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs
Monitoring health and wellness, reporting changes to supervisors
Offering emotional support and encouragement for maintaining independence
Keeping clients engaged through activities and conversation
Following care plans and safety protocols
Qualifications:

To ensure quality care, we require:

2+ years of professional caregiving experience (home care agency, facility, or similar environment)
English proficiency and clear communication skills
Two professional references (supervisor or co-worker)
Ability to pass a background check
TB test (preferred, not required)
Valid driver’s license and current car insurance (preferred, not required)
