Job description

Earn approximately $1,460 per week managing front-of-house operations at Léon 1909, a chef-driven French and Italian fine-dining restaurant on Shelter Island. Free housing is provided near the restaurant, and you'll enjoy a true 40-hour management schedule while spending the season on beautiful Shelter Island, one of the Hamptons' most sought-after destinations.
This hands-on Restaurant Manager role is ideal for an experienced hospitality leader who enjoys leading from the floor, coaching service teams, and delivering polished guest experiences in a refined, high-touch dining environment. You'll work alongside an experienced ownership and culinary team committed to exceptional hospitality, consistency, and professional execution.

About the Role
This is a hands-on front-of-house leadership position inside a busy seasonal fine-dining restaurant with polished service standards and a strong focus on guest experience.
