Job description

We're looking for enthusiastic, fun, and energetic people who take the work seriously, but not themselves. Let's see if we're a fit. We hope so.
Do you have housekeeping, quality inspection, hospitality and customer service experience? Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity in Glendale, AZ. In this position you will be conducting quality inspections of units between guests and monitoring the property on a routine basis as well as delivering exceptional guest services to our guests.
Schedule: 16-24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. The specific hours for this position are:
Saturday typically 10AM-6:30PM
Sunday (might vary) but typically 10AM-7PM
One overnight shift from 11PM - 7AM

What you have

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in housekeeping or similar room/unit inspection roles (hotels, vacation rentals, apartment communities, senior living, etc.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle guest concerns professionally

  • Patient, dependable, and attentive to detail are critical skills

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

What you'll do

  • Conduct inspections of units between guest stays for cleanliness, damage, and proper condition

  • Confirm furnishings and supplies are in place

  • Respond to guest questions and service requests promptly and professionally

  • Monitor the property during scheduled evening and weekend hours

  • Help maintain a quiet and comfortable environment for residents

  • Build positive working relationships with apartment community management and staff
