Residential Technician - Crisis Stabilization - Nights
Highlands Harbor is a new crisis stabilization program that provides an alternative to hospitalization. Highlands Harbor offers an overnight, non-hospital setting that focuses on individualized care for those experiencing psychiatric/substance use crisis including detox. This brand-new program has the capacity of a 12-bed unit in a newly renovated building.
Primary responsibilities include preparation of healthy meals and snacks based on consumers dietary needs, assist with general supervision of consumer and monitor safety to include making period rounds, assist with daily needs and personal hygiene tasks, laundry, light cleaning, searching belongings, and assist with enrollment and discharge.
Position Specifics:
Location: Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Nights: Sunday - Wednesday, 8:30 pm - 6:30 am
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.50 (Shift Differential) - Commensurate with qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Experience: Current/valid driver's license required. One-year related experience preferred.
