Job description

Highland Hospital is seeking a per diem Chaplain to assist with coverage. 
The Per Diem Chaplain provides spiritual care for patients, family and staff.  The Chaplain functions as an interdisciplinary member of the patient care team addressing emotional, mental, spiritual and other support needs.  For this Per Diem position, the Spiritual Care Department of Highland Hospital is looking for someone who has daytime (8 am-4 pm) and evening (4-8 pm) availability to cover open shifts on an as needed basis when regular staff is absent.  The Per Diem Chaplain may also have the option of filling overnight shifts (8 pm-8 am on-call from home) or weekend shifts (8 am-12 pm) depending on interest or availability.   _
Salary Range:
$23.03- $32.30 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
