Our overnight crew at Healthy Living is responsible for moving all the live freight from the delivery dock to the sales floor and making sure that every product is meticulously merchandised. Our excellent night crew is responsible for maintenance of all products on the sales floor and in our back stock area. Our night crew is highly motivated, moves fast and accomplishes a LOT in one night.
Requirements
To perform the job successfully, the employee should demonstrate the following:

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures orders are properly stocked: dairy, frozen, packaged goods, bulk, and/or housewares, and that all product is neatly and accurately placed on shelves, allowing for proper facings according to shelf tags and signage
  • Continually organizes back stock to ensure all products lacking shelf space availability are organized and maintained
  • Receives vendor orders throughout the day
  • Product facing; ensures all product is pulled to the front of the shelves and has an organized appearance
  • Product maintenance; Ensures all product has proper representation (signage) on the shelf
  • Rotates all stock and pull out-of-date product
  • Returns all damaged product to Receiving for credit
  • Replaces discarded product to its proper home
  • Shelf tag and signage maintenance: ensures that all shelf tags and signage are accurate and communicates needs for either to the POS Administrator

Pay: $17.00-$18.46 per hour (previous experience taken into consideration).
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Par-Time or Full-Time hours available)

The Overnight Grocery Stocker is what we call "a warrior on the floor!" Things look excellent, staff is happy and the department looks as awesome as it does during the day. Grocery shelves will be stocked, faced, fronted, cleaned and rotated by a self-starter who notices what needs to be done. At the same time, this individual is a coachable team player, who completes tasks set up by her/his manager. When something is out of place (shelf tags missing, shelves dirty or sticky, back room needing a clean-up for example) an excellent Grocery Stocker will tell the Manager and be on top of fixing the problem, if possible. It's important in a fast-moving department like Grocery for the team to feel that all members are putting in their best; excellent Overnight Stockers pay attention to the mood of the team and strive for cooperation, an upbeat attitude, getting to work on time, and putting a full, energized shift.
