What You’ll Do

As a part-time Grocery Stocker in Arlington Heights, IL, you’ll help keep our shelves full, tidy, and ready for the next shopper—because a great store starts with great basics. You’ll restock and rotate product, straighten aisles and endcaps, check dates and labels, and flag low inventory to your lead. You’ll also lend a hand when customers need help finding an item.
Qualifications/skills:
- Retail or grocery experience is helpful, not required
- Friendly communication and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
- Availability for mid and evening shifts; weekends/holidays as needed
Pay is $15.50–$18.50 per hour. If you’re ready to jump in and keep things running smoothly, apply today.

A Shift Snapshot

You’ll clock in for a mid or evening shift, grab your assignment, and take a quick lap to see what needs attention first. The pace stays lively—there’s a steady rhythm of quick check-ins with teammates, short customer questions, and small wins like a perfectly faced aisle. As the store flows from after-school rush to dinner-time shoppers, you’ll pivot between tasks, keep your area looking sharp, and wrap up by setting the next shift up for success.
