These roles often involve tasks such as collecting residential or commercial waste and recyclables, operating trucks or machinery, and ensuring that routes are completed safely and efficiently during nighttime hours. Overnight shifts are essential for minimizing daytime traffic disruptions and maintaining community cleanliness. Employees in these positions should be comfortable with physical work, night schedules, and adhering to safety protocols. Benefits may include shift differentials and opportunities for advancement within the company.
