Summary:

As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll be a key leader in delivering exceptional hospitality while fostering a positive, supportive environment for both guests and colleagues.
In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk and Guest Services teams, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, personalized service, and a seamless arrival and departure experience. You'll lead by example, coach and develop team members, and help create a culture of service excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and support Front Desk and Guest Services colleagues during daily operations.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver Hyatt's exceptional service standards.
  • Foster a welcoming, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures, shift audits, and operational controls.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and maintaining efficient front office operations.
  • Ensure colleagues are knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and local recommendations.
  • Partner with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain Hyatt brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Schedule: This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Front Office Manager. The weekly schedule includes two (2) overnight shifts and three (3) daytime shifts, with availability required for weekends and holidays.

  • Minimum 1 year of front desk or hotel Rooms operations experience preferred
