Join the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa team as our Overnight Front Office Supervisor!
If you're a hospitality professional who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, leading with confidence, and thrives in an independent overnight environment, we'd love to meet you.
As the Overnight Front Office Supervisor, you'll serve as the Manager on Duty during the overnight shift, ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while overseeing the hotel's overnight operations. This leadership role combines guest service, front office operations, and night audit responsibilities to help ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the overnight Manager on Duty and primary point of contact for guests
  • Complete nightly audit and reporting procedures accurately and on time
  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and special requests
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Assist with luggage and other guest service needs as needed
  • Partner with the Security team to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth overnight operations
  • Deliver the warm, authentic hospitality that Hyatt is known for

Qualifications:
  • Previous hotel front office or hospitality experience required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts from 11:00pm - 7:30am, including weekends and holidays
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
