Job description

Our client is an established Concrete Formwork and Steel Reinforcement contractor, offering innovative products and services that have a positive impact on commercial and industrial building projects throughout the Southeast.

What You'll Do
  • Provide oversight for all Operational and Revenue generating divisions of the company.
  • Develop and implement strategies with building contractors, concrete contractors,andstructural engineers to achieve project and revenue goals within the Region.
  • Lead and manage team of project managers and superintendentsto achieve project objectives.
  • Responsible for developing training programs that compliments and groweach specific functional team.
  • Assist with development of annual goals and performance measurements for the Company and review these on a monthly basis.
  • Develop technical and sales strategies (design & pricing) for success on critical projects.
  • Assist with development of new commercial materials and technical approaches to launch and sell new capabilities.
  • Assist project teams with winningproposals & documents.
  • Travel to regional project sites to ensure projects are meeting quality, timeline, and budget goals.
What You'll Need
  • Ability to build and develop teams and drive business growth through the development of people and business processes.
  • Possess a strong understanding of concrete construction means and methodologies.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to uncover opportunities with new and prospective clients in the region.
  • 10years experience with a ConcreteFormwork and/or Rebar company with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.
