This opportunity offers the ability to quickly build a busy general urology practice with access to robotics, strong APP support, and multiple desirable South Florida locations. Whether you are an experienced physician looking for long-term stability or a new grad seeking mentorship and immediate volume, this opportunity offers excellent earning potential, lifestyle, and growth within one of Florida's most desirable markets.
General Information:
* Multi-site urology practice serving Palm Beach County communities
* Robotics available at all primary hospitals within the system
* Multiple clinic locations but incoming physician will only cover one clinic
Practice Highlights:
* Practice alongside three established urologists
* General urology position with ability to incorporate subspecialty interests including: Urologic Oncology, Endourology, and URPS/FPMRS
* Employed opportunity through major hospital network
* OR block time available with flexible scheduling accommodations
* Opportunity to build volume quickly due to strong community demand
* Collaborative yet autonomous practice structure across multiple offices
* APP support including PA with plans to hire additional support
* Employed WRVU-based compensation model
* Weekend Office Call: Approximately 1:4
* Office Call: Approximately 1 weekday per week with PA first-call support
* Trauma teams handle most overnight emergencies, significantly reducing nighttime disruptions
* Typical case mix includes: General urology, stone disease, Oncology procedures, and robotic surgery
* Can support H1-B candidates
