In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and qualify sophisticated analytical instrumentation used in laboratories throughout your assigned territory.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working independently, and building relationships with customers.

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage parts inventory and company-issued tools.
  • Build long-term relationships with laboratory personnel and customers.
  • Travel throughout your assigned territory to support customer sites.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

  • Approximately 50% of your time will be spent performing preventative maintenance and equipment qualification.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, and emergency repairs.
  • Travel throughout your region, with occasional overnight stays.
