  • Monitor medical appointments, documentation, medication administration, environmental safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Review Therap billing, Impruvon medication records, overtime trends, budgets, petty cash, LINK usage, and operational reports.
  • Conduct routine audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Coordinate emergency response, site coverage, and operational support during Residential Supervisor absences.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, driver training, and ongoing staff development.
  • Partner with QIDPs, Medical Coordinators, Transportation, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure high-quality services.
  • Promote person-centered planning, community inclusion, advocacy, and meaningful outcomes for the people we support.
  • Maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, funding agencies, and community partners.

Schedule Expectations

This position is designed to maximize leadership presence across assigned locations and includes flexibility based on program needs.

  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Typical hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
  • Third Shift Coordinator schedules vary and include at least three overnight shifts weekly
  • Minimum of one evening each week (until approximately 8:00 p.m.)
  • Minimum of two weekend days per month
  • Frequent travel between residential homes and Ray Graham locations
  • On-call responsibilities and emergency response required

Benefits

Ray Graham Association offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan with a 3% employer match
  • Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time
  • Paid Holidays
  • Employer-paid Life Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Professional Development and Leadership Training
  • Mileage Reimbursement for Approved Business Travel
  • Opportunities for Career Growth and Advancement
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Illinois Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Previous experience providing direct support services
  • Previous supervisory experience (1–5 years preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to complete required background checks (CANTS, LEADS, Illinois State Police)
  • Successful completion of all required agency training

Preferred

  • Experience supervising residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of Illinois DHS regulations, HCBS Settings Rule, CMS requirements, Rule 115, Rule 116, and CQL accreditation standards
