Job description

The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing multichannel campaigns that drive pipeline and bookings. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to execute ICP-focused campaigns that contribute to revenue goals and provide strategic support for marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns across digital, content, events, and other channels to drive new business and expansion pipeline
  • Analyze customer segments, channel metrics, and campaign performance data to inform targeting, campaign programs and tactics.
  • Manage campaign timelines, tactics, and budgets to ensure programs are delivered on time and meet performance expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Content) to align messaging, targeting, and execution
  • Optimize channel mix and campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and pipeline impact
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign KPIs, including pipeline contribution and conversion rates.
  • Continuously test and refine campaigns (A/B testing, segmentation, messaging) to improve effectiveness
  • Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, follow-up, and funnel progression
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on collateral design, post-campaign activity and lead nurturing tactics.
  • Support forecasting efforts by providing campaign performance insights and pipeline projections

You need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of marketing or related experience
  • Proven experience independently owning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization
  • Experience managing campaign performance metrics, including pipeline contribution and ROI
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and results
  • Experience working in a results-driven, performance-oriented environment with accountability for meeting targets

Compensation Range:
$100,000.00-$120,000.00
Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
