Job Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension
Duration: Contract (Potential for Temp-to-perm)

Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a Document Scanner to support production and imaging operations in a high-volume environment.
  • This role is responsible for reviewing and verifying scanned documents for accuracy using specialized scanning equipment.
  • This is an overnight position requiring strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently in a production setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate scanning equipment (Falcon machine) to process and review documents.
  • Verify accuracy and quality of scanned images and data.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or errors in scanned work.
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow established procedures and workflow guidelines.
  • Ensure documents are handled securely and confidentially.
  • Support general production and clerical tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning systems.
  • Ability to work in a production/clerical environment.
  • Strong reliability and attendance.

Additional Details:
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance.
  • Background check and drug screening required.
  • No travel required.
  • Must be comfortable working in a repetitive, high-volume environment.
