How You'll Make an Impact

As an overnight DSP, you provide the essential stability and care our clients need to start their days with confidence. You will:

  • Provide Essential Care: Support clients with morning/evening hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including two-person transfers and Hoyer lift use).

  • Foster Independence: Help clients with daily goals such as cooking, cleaning, and preparing for community involvement.

  • Safety & Support: Monitor the health and emotional well-being of clients throughout the night and early morning hours.

  • Documentation: Follow and document progress on Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to ensure high-quality care.

  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.

  • Physical ability to assist with client transfers.
