Job Duties:


Design, develop, and maintain Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) systems to support testing and validation of embedded software and control systems.



  • Design and maintain HIL architectures, strategies, and test systems for embedded software validation

  • Develop Simulink models to interface with HIL hardware and CAN networks

  • Create and maintain HIL electrical wiring schematics, I/O definitions, ECU communication protocol definitions, and supporting documentation

  • Develop automated test scripts and test cases to execute within HIL frameworks

  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of HIL system issues

  • Ensure system performance meets company and industry standards and supports product requirements

  • Produce metrics, reports, and traceability documentation for management and compliance

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams

  • Experience with task management and version control tools (JIRA, GitHub)
