Job description

The Overnight Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse activities during the overnight shift. This position is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions including order fulfillment and staff supervision to meet productivity and safety standards. The supervisor will lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance and morale. They will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and timely shipment of goods. Ultimately, the role ensures that all overnight warehouse operations are executed accurately, safely, and on schedule to support overall business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of overnight warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage order selection and truck loading operation.
  • Check product by-item, quantity, vintage, condition, etc.
  • Oversee truck stripping ensure that returns are checked in properly, breakage is recorded, and returns are put in proper place.
  • Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates to promote professional development and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate to resolve issues and improve warehouse processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
  • Basic computer skills
