JOB SUMMARY
The Night Butler is responsible for overnight operations and ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless guest experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the overnight hours and supports multiple departments including Front Desk, Guest Service, Valet, Housekeeping and Security.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
Operational Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary overnight contact for all hotel operations and guest needs
  • Handle calls, messages, and service requests
  • Operate PBX/switchboard and radio
  • Coordinate with departments
  • Complete nightly reports data entry and assist with audit related tasks when required.
  • Perform Check in and check outs as needed
  • Complete light housekeeping as needed.

Guest Services
  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Handle guest requests including amenities, deliveries, HK duties and special accommodations.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professional
  • Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming overnight experience
  • Assist with Guest Arrivals and Departures, including luggage handling
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles as needed
  • Provide directions, escort guests and assist throughout the property

Team Support and Training
• Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Valet
• Support cross-department operations
Communication and Reporting
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments as needed
  • Maintain detailed logs of guest requests, incidents, and overnight activity
  • Ensure accurate communication during shift transitions

Safety & Compliance
