Job description

Pajtelecom is a wireless technology company providing telecommunication construction services in Oregon and Washington. As we continue to grow, we are looking for qualified candidates to join our team.

Positions available: Ground Crew/Laborer

Job Description: Ground Crew members travel to various Cell Tower Sites and provide general labor such as: trench digging, site clean-up, laying concrete pads, installing conduit, fence installation, landscape removal, provide support as needed to tower tech crews, etc. We provide services throughout Oregon and Washington.

Qualifications:

* Must be able to attend Monday morning safety meetings at 8am in our Clackamas office

* 18+years of age

* Valid Driver's License

* Must have basic skills and ability to use power/hand tools

* Reliable, hardworking, self-motivated

* Ability to multitask and communicate effectively

* Maintain a positive professional attitude with co-workers, often travelling and working in a 2–4-man crew

* Willing to work long hours outside in all weather conditions including heat/cold/freezing temps

* Must be able to lift 60+lbs

* Must be able to work overtime and travel as needed (many weeks OT is available but not guaranteed)

* Willing and able to learn new skills

* Must be able to able to pass trainings and obtain necessary Certifications required for the position
