We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic leaders for immediate employment as Telecommunications Tower Climbers in the Midwest market. Overnight travel, as well as overtime, is required. We're looking for experienced construction workers that want to grow into a new career as a Telecommunications Tower Climber. We are seeking those with a good work ethic and a history of consistent attendance to join our team. Due to the nature of the position, there is a requirement to possess physical strength and stamina. You'll work under our construction manager's direction, alongside a close-knit team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen, to bring our construction plans to life. The ideal candidate will have previous construction experience, and knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with safety equipment set up.
  • Climb Wireless Towers up to 300'.
  • Performing and recording physical measurements.
  • Installation of antenna, lines, and radios.
  • Accurately recording data and submitting via electronic report.
  • Using hand tools and basic power tools to install equipment.
  • Assist with technical testing (PIM, Sweep, and Fiber).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English required for safe and efficient teamwork.
  • Must be able to work in team environment and lead by example.
  • Meet the Physical Job Requirements identified on the attached checklist.
