What Are Overnight Call Center Jobs?

Many facilities, such as hospitals, police stations, and other public buildings remain open 24 hours a day and may need technical support at any time. Similarly, some services, such as credit card and banking services must be able to address customer issues, such as lost or stolen cards or identity theft at any time day or night.
