Job Title: Business Analyst - Process Management
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Dubuque, IA 52001
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements
• Create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement sessions
• Support project planning, risk management, and change management
• Prepare reports, documentation, and business cases
• Track project progress, issues, and dependencies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate communication between business and project teams
